Five fields — business name, phone, email, city and whether you have a domain. Then links to whatever already exists: your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your Facebook page, your booking system, or a photo of your price list. If you have none of that, send me two competitors who do the same work and I will build the service structure from there.

Yes. Google Analytics and form tracking go on every site before it goes live, so you can see how many people came, which pages they looked at and how many sent the form. A week after launch I can walk you through the numbers if you want.

Choose "use stock photos from my industry" in the brief and the site ships with professional stock or AI-generated imagery. Send your own later and I will swap them in.

You get a revision round to put it right. If it still is not what you wanted, you get a full refund — no forms, no argument.

There is no admin panel. Edits come through me — or, since you own the files, you can edit the code yourself at your own risk. That is why it is $99 and why it takes a day. If editing it yourself in a normal interface matters, you want a site with a CMS — get in touch and I will quote one.

Completely. Files, domain, content, credentials. Move it to another host tomorrow if you want. Zero lock-in is how I have worked for 15 years and this is no exception.
